Art Director + Designer

Lookbook design for a high end, hospitality-based parking service company. Custom logo design and website refresh included.

Evolution came in wanting a table book that looked like a home decor, fashion editorial. Something someone would be incline to pick up. It wanted to be sophisticated and exclusive yet welcoming. If that wasn't enough of a challenge, they also didn't want to see cars or people in the book.

I showed it's contemporary attitude in the composition and layout by giving it room to breathe, off-centering images and text, or by letting the image take up a huge chuck of space. (Sometimes even the whole spread.) I chose a green + grey color scheme to fit the brand's need for versatility, but also as a nudge to its name and its connection to nature. For its logo, Evolution Parking wanted to show hospitality. What better way than with the iconic pineapple, a common expression of "welcome" symbolizing friendship and warmth. (Also, a nudge to its name), but the choice of typography pulls it back into classy roots.
